Asphalt Pulverization

Asphalt pulverization is a common application on distressed parking lots, tennis courts, and roads. The existing bituminous pavement is pulverized and blended into a new, homogenous mixture that can be compacted in place and used as a sub-base material.

Benefits of Asphalt Pulverization:

  • Conservation of non-renewable resources
  • Deteriorated base can be reshaped to restore proper surface profile and drainage
  • Fewer pieces of equipment required
  • Economic advantage over removal, haul-off, and disposal of existing pavement
